To drive evidence-based dialogue, conduct empirical public opinion polling, build cross-partisan legislative consensus, offer the public to start signature campaigns for Petition related to National reforms and governance, and lead nationwide public awareness campaigns aimed at establishing smaller administrative provinces, transitioning toward a directly elected presidential system, and embedding empowering, financial-autonomous local government systems.

1- Presenting recommendations after reviewing and researching educational reforms, Economic assessments, government policies, foreign policy and matters of public Interest.

- Research, map, and advocate for the administrative division of existing oversized provinces into smaller, highly manageable administrative units to optimize public service delivery, eliminate regional resource disparities, and curb ethno-linguistic friction.
3- Constitutional Reform for a Directly Elected Presidential System:

Draft comprehensive legal and constitutional frameworks for a presidential form of government tailored to Pakistan's multi-ethnic context, ensuring a executive with a direct public mandate, separation of powers, and an independent, expert-led cabinet free from legislative blackmail and patronage politics.
4- Institutional Empowerment of Local Governments:
a. Formulate model legislation for legally protected, financially empowered, and politically autonomous local governments (third-tier of governance) with mandatory provincial fiscal transfers (Provincial Finance Commission awards) and direct municipal authority over basic services.
5- Public Mind-Set Transformation & Civil Engagement:
a. Execute empirical public opinion polls, policy briefings, TV/digital media campaigns, and town-hall consultations to demystify complex structural reforms and build grassroot public demand for constitutional evolution.
